Meet our Founder & CEO — Nadji
Nadji brings over a decade of experience in cybersecurity, risk,
and
compliance to Raico, having worked closely with organisations across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.
Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, he has spent years bridging cultures, markets, and teams, seeing
firsthand how fragmented tools and manual processes can slow growth and hold businesses back.
Before founding Raico, Nadji held senior leadership roles in the cybersecurity industry, where he helped
scale technology platforms, shape product strategy, and support customers operating under increasing
regulatory pressure. His experience working directly with commercial and compliance teams has enabled
businesses to move faster with confidence—reducing friction in due diligence, accelerating sales cycles, and
helping organisations close deals while meeting regulatory expectations.
Meet our Co-Founder & Chief Compliance Officer — Angela
Angela brings deep, hands-on experience in compliance,
governance, and
regulatory operations to Raico, shaped by years working within regulatory bodies including the Financial
Conduct Authority and the Financial Ombudsman Service. Her background includes supporting supervision,
authorisations, and oversight across wealth management and financial services.
Having experienced compliance from the regulator’s side, Angela brings a practical and commercially grounded
perspective to how Raico is built. Her approach is shaped by real regulatory expectations, consumer
outcomes, and the day-to-day realities organisations face when navigating complex rules—ensuring the
platform reflects how regulation is applied in practice, not just how it is written.

Senior Advisor — Adam
Adam brings over 18 years of experience in governance, risk,
compliance,
and cybersecurity, helping global organisations design and scale GRC frameworks aligned with digital
transformation and regulatory requirements. His background spans complex, regulated environments where
security, resilience, and compliance must evolve alongside technology, giving him a practical understanding
of how risk and governance operate in the real world.
Throughout his career, Adam has worked across cybersecurity, cloud, and technology-led transformation
initiatives, partnering closely with technical, risk, and business teams. His experience building scalable,
pragmatic frameworks enables organisations to strengthen their security posture while supporting growth and
operational efficiency—ensuring compliance and cybersecurity function as enablers, not obstacles, to
innovation.
